ENQUIRY
Get in touch with details of your clients project to receive an initial illustration and if required register as an introducer.

APPLICATION
To provide an initial offer we will require full KYC documents from the client alongside comprehensive information on the project.

INITIAL OFFER
Having captured any additional information necessary we will undertake preliminary underwriting to provide an offer (heads of terms) subject to valuation and legal.

VALUATION
We will obtain quotes from valuers on the Method Panel and send them across for you to present to your client and decide which they want to use. Method will then reach out to the client directly to collect payment.

FORMAL OFFER
Following valuation we will provide a formal offer subject to legal to your client detailing the gross loan and associated fees. This may have changed since the original offer if the valuation produced unexpected positive or negative results.

LEGAL
Solicitors acting on behalf of the us and the client will coordinate with regard to the conveyancing process, adding the charges on the property, and agreeing formal terms for the loan repayment.
07
COMPLETION
Having formalised and signed all paperwork, we will disburse the funds to the account of the borrower. We will get back in touch when it's time to start looking to exit.
